Returns

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued via cash at the time of pickup or delivery for COD orders.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
